How we use it

The information is used to handle your business request, confirm product and destination conditions, and improve the sourcing service. Sending an enquiry does not create an order or payment obligation.

Sensitive information

Do not send identity documents, bank details, contracts or other unnecessary sensitive files in the first enquiry. We will explain if further documents are needed later.

Access and deletion

A successful submission receives a reference number. Use it to request access, correction or deletion of the related enquiry information.
